Our Standard Process
Step 1 (1-3 Days)1
At this stage the client gets in touch with us and we go through the different packages on offer. This affords the client an opportunity to read up about what we will and will not include/do.
Once a decision is made, the client places an order, makes payment and gets an e-mail with login details to the Client Area.
Step 2 (2-14 Days)2
This stage is all about us understanding what the client wants but adding our design and development experience to complement the project.
We schedule a meeting with the client to discuss details of the project (Client visits our offices/via Skype, etc.). Extra charges apply if we visit the client.
Step 3 & 4 (10-14 Days)3
Design: we create a design for you to review and approve until you are happy to sign it off.
Build: After finalizing the design, we use our WordPress themes to take what was agreed on and we do “our thing”. This involves ensuring that the website is responsive and meets the client’s requirements.
Step 5 & 6 (3-7 Days)4
Final Review: You now have 2 (two) opportunities to go over each page of the website to make sure that everything is 100%.
NB: This is the strictest rule we have: After publishing the website we’ll send you a Sign-off link. Please ensure that you sign-off within 48 hours after receiving it. If you don’t, please note that means you’re happy and the project will automatically be closed.
